Dorama:
Positives: Better cast imo, I'm Seto bias, better Hiro, prefer this Nozomu (Shohei!), child at the end =] Cake Boss!
Negatives: Not long enough, dislike Mika character sometimes and not really a fan of the actress.

Film 
Positives: I like how the relationship started, intersting not knowing he was ill, prefer the Mika actress,  no Tatsuya in this; it was kinda nice not having that pointless bump in the road, KARINA! ^_^
Negatives: I'm not really a fan of Haruma, I think he played Hiro too angrily, movie moved WAY too fast, no child at the end -__- 

Negatives for Both: Neither Mika character was to my liking really.

So Overall I pick the Dorama ^_^
