Winter 2014 Anime - First Impressions
I did this last season if you remember well (here).
As usual, there are loads from this season that I want to watch but I've started prioritising and cutting down how many things I watch at once (I'm aiming for only watch 2 'currently airing' and 1 'completed' at one time). However, because I'm still behind from the last season (for both Anime and doramas) I'm currently watching 6 things from each media form.

Anyways, back to this; so yes due to my new system I had already cut down anime from this season that I want to watch to seriously want to watch and now I'm at 3 anime. Let's see what my first impressions were!

WARNING POSSIBLE EPISODE ONE SPOILERS!

Absolute Duo - the opening was so interesting and I really like the opening theme song and visuals. Naturally I've picked the 'underaged but sexualised' anime once again xD I think I'll carry on for now. It kinda looks like any other magic school anime but maybe I'm wrong?

Rolling Girls - Much more light hearted than I was expecting; especially with it being 'warring states'... Purely because of what I'm wanting to watch at the moment; this anime totally isn't capturing me. I want gritty, dark anime at the moment. Not brightly coloured Kamen Rider happy fighting anime. Quite sure if I was in the mood, I would've loved this first episode!

Tokyo Ghoul Root A - Need I say anything about this? It's season 2 so of course I'm gunna watch it and enjoy it! The opening title scene was drawn SO beautifully and the anime starts where we left off which is good and the ending was a bit 'he's doing wahh?!' so I am looking forward to the next episode.

So I've already dropped down the two anime this season but I am still undersure about Absolute Due, therefore; Looking forward to next week!
