My first dorama to review of 2012?

Synopsis
The drama has Okada playing the part of Shiba Kengo, a pure-hearted young surgeon who is dedicated to his work. He gets transferred from a prestigious university hospital to a financially troubled hospital, but there he meets a capable and cool-headed chief nurse named Kasugai Yuka (Nakatani), who teaches him the reality of the medical world. The pure Kengo must face various obstacles and challenges as he tears off the “masks” of respected professionals – doctors, nurses, and educators – and uncovers their true natures. Actor Hasegawa Hiroki plays the manager of a major group that operates schools, while Kato Ai plays his wife and the sister of Yuka.
Cast/Characters
Okada Masaki - I don't know why but I always forget who he is and then I'm like 'Oooo yeah I've seen him in tons of stuff, yet I'm not a fan of him... I don't get it' anyways, last time I saw him on TV was Boku no HatsuKoi so it was a change up from school boy kid to doctor, so twas good to see him portray an older role. Only 23? I am shocked, thought he was like 25/26/27ish o_O ANYWAYS...
Nakatani Miki - Love her! Not so much her character in this. But loved her since JIN. Brilliant acting here!
Kato Ai - What a stupid character! Not as in the character is bad but the character itself was so stupid! Pretty woman.
Suzuki Anne - Felt so sorry for her character. She did a fine acting job =]
Oomasa Aya - WHATTA WHORE! SHE REALLY IS! HOLY CRAP! WILL SHE PLAY A CHARACTER THAT ISN'T A WHORE (NOT INCLUDING YAMATO HERE! I DIDN'T EVEN LIKE HER IN THAT!) I like her as a fashion model and that's it. GET OFF MY SCREEN! You were decent in Misaki Number One and that's pushing it and that's it.
Katsumura Masanobu - Amazing actor . I want him as my daddy! Daddy number like 30 now isn't it? haha Love him and his character! <3
Kohinata Fumiyo - Another older actor I love. He plays the best characters! And always so different but have that familiarity to it. I loved his character in this!
Watanabe Ikkei - Another <3 Oooo all these older actors I want as daddies! xD
Review
Short one: Jumps in time a bit so that's the down side. Didn't think I'd enjoy it as much as I actually did. It started off and I was like 'will I even like this?' but as it progressed it got more interesting and better and I cried and I enjoyed it =]
Tatta Hitotsu no Koi steps?! o_O
Overall
Story: 8/10 - Pretty decent story once it gets going ^_^
Cast: 9/10 - Top cast minus her.
Characters: 8/10 - Interesting and diverse, good mix!
Music: 8/10 - I don't remember it so it was neither horrible nor awesome.
ReWatch? Nope, but twas good.
Recommend? If you like doramas that question things like health and what should be legal in hospitals or not and if life should be played with or not then defo watch it. Quite a political dorama now that I think about it. Of course Okada fans will watch it ne? ^_^
Overall: 8/10 - Decent is the word for this dorama.
